Once I paste the Cashapp tag to my cashapp it too me to another tag showing same name to pay on then I made the payment, hes showing me another empty account that Ive not pay
And he had 2 cashapp accounts inked together I want my $300 back

Failure to return funds
I have money locked up in my Account and Have been trying to withdraw it for 3 weeks. I've been trying to get it out and they have failed to give it to me stating that I have transactions pending.
And I have to take care of them first, which is false. I am not used.
